Black Beary Cottage is a premium vacation rental located in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, offering guests a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, comfort, and modern amenities. The goal of this project was to create a visually engaging, easy-to-navigate website that highlights the cabin’s unique features, showcases high-quality imagery, and provides a smooth path for guests to check availability and book their stay.

The goal of this project was to build a professional, responsive website that presents Black Beary Cottage as a premium vacation destination while making the booking process simple and seamless.
By combining strong visuals, clear content structure, and booking integration, the website was designed to help potential guests quickly understand what the cabin offers, explore nearby attractions, and confidently plan their stay.
The objective was to turn the website into a central hub for information, engagement, and bookings rather than relying solely on third-party platforms.
Black Beary Cottage is designed for travelers looking for a relaxing and memorable cabin experience in Broken Bow. This includes families, couples, small groups, and nature lovers seeking comfort, privacy, and outdoor activities.
The website caters to users of all ages, from first-time visitors browsing on mobile devices to returning guests planning longer stays. The focus was on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use to ensure a smooth experience for every visitor.
One of the main challenges was organizing a large amount of information amenities, gallery images, activities, policies, and booking details without overwhelming the user.
Another challenge was integrating the booking system in a way that feels natural and branded, while still routing users to the existing reservation platform. Additionally, privacy considerations required displaying location information without exposing the exact address.
We also ensured the site remained fast, mobile-friendly, and visually appealing across all devices.
To address these challenges, the website was structured into clear, well-defined sections including Home, About the Cabin, Gallery, Amenities, Things to Do, Booking, Reviews, and FAQ.
High-quality imagery was used to immediately capture attention, while content was kept scannable and easy to digest. A clear “Book Now” call-to-action guides users toward checking availability without disrupting the browsing experience.
The design was built with a mobile-first approach, ensuring smooth performance and usability across smartphones, tablets, and desktops.
The final website delivers a cohesive and inviting experience that reflects the personality of Black Beary Cottage while making it easy for guests to explore and book.
