Remedy Center

Remedy Center is a multi-location wellness and retail website focused on driving online sales while supporting in-store customers.

The goal was to move away from a location-heavy homepage and instead create a conversion focused experience, while still making physical locations easy to find through smart navigation and structured pages. 
The project involved redesigning and optimizing interior pages, improving site structure, migrating hosting, and ensuring long-term scalability and ease of management.

The primary goal of Remedy Center was to increase online conversions by transforming the website into a more sales-driven platform, while maintaining clarity for customers looking for physical store locations.
Key objectives included:

  1. Shifting focus from location promotion to online sales and engagement
  2. Creating a consistent design system across all interior pages
  3. Improving navigation and user flow
  4. Optimizing performance, SEO, and maintainability
  5. Migrating the site to new hosting without downtime

Project Challenges

One of the main challenges was that while the homepage had already been redesigned, then  interior pages lacked consistency, both visually and structurally. Many pages felt disconnected from the new homepage design and were not optimized for conversions.
Additional challenges included:

  1. Over-emphasis on locations across multiple pages
  2. Inconsistent layouts and content hierarchy
  3. Navigation that made it harder to scale locations in the future
  4. The need to migrate hosting while keeping the site fully functional
  5. Ensuring the client could manage basic updates independently after launch

Our Approach

We started with a full audit of the website to identify layout, usability, and performance issues across interior pages.
From there, we:

  1. Redesigned key interior pages (location, product, and content pages) to align with the new homepage
  2. Introduced clearer calls-to-action and improved content structure
  3. Reworked the navigation so locations live in a clean dropdown menu
  4. Created a scalable locations structure (hub page + individual location pages)
  5. Optimized images, SEO elements, and internal linking
  6. Migrated the entire site to new hosting with proper testing and backups
  7. Provided guidance so the client could confidently manage future updates

Results & Impact

The updated Remedy Center website now delivers a more focused, conversion-oriented experience while remaining easy to navigate.
